1. Cancellation Timeline
More than 24 hours before visit:
Full refund of your booking amount minus any payment processing fees (typically <2%). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Within 24 hours of your visit:
A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Example: If you booked a €100 ticket and cancel within 24 hours, you will receive €80 after the cancellation fee.
No-show (Did not cancel and did not visit):
No refund will be issued. Your booking will be forfeited entirely. Please contact us immediately if you have an emergency.

4. Modifications and Rebooking
Need to change your date or time instead of canceling? You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit at no extra cost, subject to availability. Contact our support team for modifications.

6. Museum-Related Issues
If the Louvre museum cancels operations (due to closure, emergency, or other circumstances), we will offer:
- Full refund of your booking
- Complimentary rebooking for future visit
- Travel credit for alternative experiences
